The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the Hanover Street Q park puts you close to the city centre, yet away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms provide basic amenities with a view.
No major issues were encountered during my stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, attending to all my requests promptly and with a great attitude. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the location was ideal, close to the town center and within walking distance of the main attractions. I also appreciated the free parking and the fact that the hotel accommodated my special dietary requirements for breakfast.

Lovely location close to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. The staff were friendly and the bar was a great place to relax. The WiFi worked well and the hotel had a good quality for the price. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The location of the hotel is great, with it being near to the town centre and Albert Dock bars and restaurants. It is also close to a shop that sells all the essentials. The rooms are comfortable and come with amenities such as a TV, bath, shower, and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are young but friendly, and the bar serves food and drink at reasonable prices.
The hotel could use a makeover and some refurbishment.
